Payment Policy
All Parties are Required to Pay Five Working Days in Advance, Excluding
"After Funeral Luncheons" and those who have made prior arrangements

Non-Refundable Depositis are required at the Time of Booking

A $500 Credit Card limit is placed on all Parties (Except after Funerals).
A Convenience Fee of 2% will be added for any amount over $500.


BAR

One Hour Premium Open Bar - $7.50 per person
Each Additional Hour - $4.50 per person
Beer, Wine & Soda Only - $4.50 per hour per person
Cash and Tab Bars - Bartender fee of $50 per Bartender
Soda Bar - $1.50 per Hour per person or $4 per Pitcher
100 People or Less - One Bartender,
more than 100 people - Two Bartnders
Phila Liquor Tax - 10% will be added to your Bar Receipts

ATTENTION
All Bar Patrons must be 21 Years of Age.
The State of Pennsylvania requires anyone over 21 Years of age to have proper I.D.

Any Guest caught giving alcoholic beverages to an underage person will be asked to leave immediately. No exceptions and No refunds. It is the Law and we hope you will respect our responsibilities to enforce this Law for your Safety and Ours.
If asked for I.D. please do not get upset, we are only doing our Jobs.
